ASP World Tour: The world’s premier level of competition for male. The Top 45 surfers in the world contest a year-long tour in the globe’s most exotic venues as they hunt for the undisputed ASP World Title.


ASP Women’s World Tour: The world’s premier level of competition for female athletes. The Top 17 surfers in the world contest a year-long tour in the globe’s most exotic venues as they hunt for the undisputed ASP Women’s World Title.


ASP World Qualifying Series (WQS): An open international circuit of qualifying events where male athletes accumulate qualifying points in hopes of finishing in the Top 15  by season’s end, earning themselves a spot on the prestigious ASP World Tour the following season.


ASP Women’s World Qualifying Series (WQS): An open international circuit of qualifying events where athletes accumulate qualifying points in hopes of finishing in the Top 6 by season’s end, earning themselves a spot on the prestigious ASP Women’s World Tour the following season.
ASP Pro Junior Series: ASP Pro Junior Series are regional tours for athletes aged 20 and under. The ASP Pro Junior events are the ideal training ground for up-and-coming surfers, with formats and judging criteria that mimic the ASP WQS and the ASP Women’s World Tour. The top two finishers by season’s end on their respective ASP Regional Pro Junior Series are then qualified for the prestigious Billabong ASP World Junior Championships, where they will contest for the undisputed ASP World Junior Title.
